Rodris is a service created by Lomartex Lda, that with the growing searching from clients for storage, and also the Brexit, we was almost obligated to create a fulfillment service, working since March 2019, we are growing and with this grow we carry all that are in our board, be part of that.

What Carriers we use on Rodris ?
For the best service and security we mainly use the following carriers deliver company
   DHL     UPS     FedEx   

The payment system is made through credits, that is, after choosing a contractual plan with Rodris (Lomartex Lda), you will go to a commercial to understand the volume of business that we will develop with your brand, whether in storage, or shipments.

From these values, we will create an amount to be credited to your account, which should charge your account with that same amount.

The amount after staying in credit will be used for each expedition, or return. If the value is not used, it will automatically be carried over to the next month.

How we connect to your sales channel ?

Depending on your Sales Channel, we may need to connect manually for the first time, and after we will integrate in our internall logistic software.

 The shipping process doesn’t end once the carrier picks up an order. You need to continue to offer a great customer experience during and after the order’s journey, from sharing tracking numbers to creating a seamless ecommerce returns process.
