Working with Lomartex begins with sharing all the essential details about your brand: specifications, images, target prices, and insights into your brand and upcoming projects. We value personal connections and prioritize understanding your vision and goals.
Once we receive your information, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager. Your Account Manager will guide you through our textile universe, providing detailed information on our Terms and Conditions. They will collaborate closely with you throughout the development process, ensuring all your requirements are met and any questions are addressed.
At Lomartex, we're committed to fostering partnerships based on mutual understanding and support, empowering you to bring your ideas to life seamlessly.
Our MOQ policy is designed to align with the scale and sustainability of our production capabilities, as well as the requirements set by our suppliers. All inquiries are subject to confirmation by our Commercial Department.
For conventional seams, Lomartex requires a minimum order quantity of 300 pieces per color and style. This quantity can be divided into any size range, with a minimum of 150 pieces per color. Please note that under certain conditions, we may request adjustments:
- The division of colors depends on raw material availability and must respect our suppliers’ MOQs.
- If the MOQ for raw materials and trims exceeds production needs.
- In negotiations aiming to achieve specific target prices lower than initially quoted.
For seamless garments, Lomartex requires a MOQ of 600 pieces per color and style, which can be divided with a minimum of 200 pieces per size. Thanks to the flexibility of warp knit and Lycra, we typically develop 2-3 sizes (usually S/M/L), though we can accommodate smaller and larger sizes without limitation.
Our goal is to ensure flexibility and transparency while maintaining the highest standards of production quality.
We often receive inquiries about our lead times, and while each project is unique, we can provide an overview to help you plan. Our dedicated team will carefully study the best lead-time for your specific production or development needs, considering the type of garment and the number of styles. Here’s a general idea of our timelines:
For traditional sewn garments, our development lead time is typically around 30 working days. Once all fabrics, components, and development details are in place, our production lead time averages 4 to 10 working weeks.
For seamless garments or those with special finishing or bonded techniques, slightly longer production times are required. After receiving all necessary materials and development details, the production lead time for these garments averages 6 to 12 working weeks.
We strive to deliver high-quality results within these timeframes, ensuring your garments meet our rigorous standards of excellence.
